Return Policy
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items.
To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
- The product must show only normal handling—breakage due to careless handling is not eligible for return.
- Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.
- If the product was found to be defective upon receipt, it must be reported immediately.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, we will officially acknowledge the return within this period.
📌 Maison Ourfali reserves the right to refuse returns if the items appear used or damaged due to customer handling.

Right of Cancellation
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
Important Cancellation Conditions:
- Since Maison Ourfali operates with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after purchase.
- Cancellation is not possible once the order is in transit.
- If your order is already on its way to you, you must wait to receive it and then initiate a return request.
How to Request a Cancellation:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear cancellation request via email to info@[your-email].com, including your order number.
⚠️ If your order has already been shipped from Asia, cancellation is no longer possible.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund your payment within 14 days (excluding delivery charges).
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
💡 Note: If you selected a premium shipping method instead of our free standard shipping, we will not refund the additional shipping costs.

- Our products are shipped from Asia, and transit times may vary due to logistics and external factors.
